Up for sale is a Kodak Retina IIIC 35mm rangefinder camera, commonly known as the “Big C” due to its larger viewfinder compared to earlier Retina models. This particular unit has been refurbished by a Retina specialist in Patterson Ca, ensuring it’s ready for shooting.

🔍 Condition & Functionality:

• Shutter: All speeds sound and appear accurate.

• Rangefinder: Bright and contrasty patch with smooth focus action.

• Viewfinder: Clean and clear with no haze or obstruction.

• Lens: Retina-Xenon 50mm f/2.0 is clean with no fungus, haze, or separation. Blades are clean and aperture functions smoothly.

• Light Meter: Responsive, but has not been tested for accuracy. Exposure was determined using a light meter app.

• Body: Shows signs of normal age and use—no dents or cracks. A scratch is visible on the light meter dial, shown clearly in the photos.

📷 Performance:

This camera was film-tested with Kodak ColorPlus 200, and the results were excellent. A reliable and capable camera for any film photography enthusiast or collector.
