Standard battery replacement is completed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your unit.

The turnaround time starts on the first full business day after we receive your package.

Additional Repairs (If Needed)

This service only covers battery replacement.

After replacing the battery, we will test your unit. If we find that additional circuit-level repairs are required, we will contact you via eBay Messenger for approval before proceeding.

Additional repair is a flat rate of $150 and includes a 1-year warranty.

If you decline the additional repair, we will return the unit as-is.

Warranty Information

The warranty only covers the internal battery and our installation process.

It does not cover unrelated components, accidental damage, or issues caused by power surges or tampering or usage of non original or a borrowed wall charger that didn’t belong to your battery. (most common cause of battery damage)

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Each unit’s model and serial number are logged before return. These must match for warranty claims.

All internal components are documented and marked. If tampered with, the warranty is void.

Do not open or attempt repairs, as this will void the warranty.

If a Warranty Claim Is Needed:

You pay for shipping to us.

We cover the return shipping if the claim is approved.

If the warranty claim is denied, you may choose to have the unit repaired at cost or returned at your expense.

All warranty claims must be shipped back to us for evaluation.
