A distinctive vintage Croton Nivada S.A. Grenchen Aquamatic featuring an elegant ultra-thin profile and classic mid-century styling. The champagne-toned textured dial, applied hour markers, slender hands and fine metal mesh bracelet give this watch an understated vintage character.

Inside is a Swiss manual-wind mechanical movement clearly signed:

This is not an automatic/self-winding watch. It is a traditional mechanical timepiece that is wound manually through the crown.

The unusually slim case is one of the most attractive characteristics of this example, making it an interesting addition for collectors of vintage Croton, Nivada Grenchen and thin Swiss dress watches.

Features: 17-jewel Swiss manual-wind mechanical movement; ultra-thin vintage case profile; hours, minutes and center seconds; champagne/textured dial; applied Arabic numerals and hour markers; metal mesh bracelet; signed Croton/Nivada Grenchen movement; and classic Swiss vintage construction.

Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related character and patina. The watch runs well but has not been professionally tested for timekeeping accuracy or recently serviced.
