Charging the Battery Pack
The eon Endeavour series battery pack is partially charged when shipped and should be fully charged prior to
use. To charge the battery pack, plug the pover adapter into an electrical outlet and into the charger connection
port of the battery pack. The battery pack is capable of powering the headlight while charging.
• The low battery indicator light wil. illuminate SCARLET when the battery pack is nearly depleted and needs
to be charged.
The low battery indicator will blink SCARLET when the battery pack is too low to operate the headlight.
• The charging indicator light will illuminate AMBER while the battery pack is charging.
• The charging indicator light will turn off when the battery pack is fully charged.
Operating the Battary Pack
The Endeavour series uses capacitive touch controls, making the light simple to operate during chinical procedures.
louch the control pad with any part of your hand to tum the system on and off. or to change the brightness
of the headlight
1. Plug the headlight cable into the top of the headlight and into the headlight connection port of the
battery pack.
2. Touch and hold the control oad for a minimum of 2 seconds to turn the headliaht on or off.
3. To increase the brightness, tap the control pad. With each tap. the brightness increases until the highest
setting is reached. The light returns to the lowest setting by tapping the control pad again.
4. Place your loupe and headlight on your head and adjust to a comfortable working position. Tum the headlight
on and tilt it to the appropriate angle to illuminate your visual field while looking through the telescopes.
