Warranty Information and papers:

Our Discovery Battery Modules are guaranteed for 1800 months ( 1 1/2 year)

from the day we ship your battery module to you.

We will honor and gladly accept all warranty claims. You will need to pay for shipping to us, and the return shipping will be free.

There are no other hidden charges at all.

All our new and old customers Battey module are scanned and logged in our computer date base along with photos of each unit including their model and serial numbers from the side of the housing. If these numbers do not match upon receiving for warranty evaluation, we cannot honor your warranty.

Also each internal components

of your battery module is also not only documented but serial now are recorded as well.

And marked prior to shipping back to you. If these markings and serial nos are missing because of components  being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty.

Please do not open up or attempt to repair your or allow anyone to tinker with your unit. As it can void your warranty.

If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again or have it returned at your expense. All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation.  If your unit fails call us so we can issue an RMA no to keep track of your unit as we have hundreds of unit in the lab.
