You ship yours to us with tracking and send us photos including it’s serial no. We ship you one the same day
Sending an exchange unit back is required.
If you do not have a unit to send in, please do not purchase our service. It is 100% always required.
This unit has been fully rebuilt. You will only be receiving the unit shown in the picture.
Our Process
1.) Purchase our listing
2.) We will ship out our rebuilt unit to you
3.) We will include an RMA sheet and return shipping instructions in the box
4.) Once you receive our unit and are satisfied, you must ship your exchange unit to us.
5.) Buyer pays for the shipping of the exchange unit to us.
6.) Once we receive the exchange unit, we will assess the condition. As long as the unit is repairable, we will then process a refund for the core amount through your original eBay purchase/order.
Warranty Information
The warranty is 6 Months. The warranty would cover all issues that are not a result of abuse. The warranty begins the day we ship our unit to you.
