This light system was sent by Dr. Kenton Fort for

Service and after repairs and service performed is reserved only for Dr. Fort to purchase back.

If you are not Dr. Fort or Dr. Fort’s representative please do not purchase it as this sale is reserved and will be canceled.

 $75 was added for shipping insurance and handling. 

 

Work performed:

 

1. LED daylite battery module service/disassembly /  inspections/ diagnostics /repairs / rebuilding / re-assembly extensive testing
2. Testing new wall adapter / recharger with the repaired battery module for 5 of 16 hours recharging over night over 5 days
3. Inspection of LED bulb / diagnostics/ testing of LED bulb ( with an issue) service is recommended now or on the next service .
4. Inspection of LED Bulb wire and wire connector no repaired needed nor performed

 

Package includes:

 

1. LED Daylite rechargeable battery module sent by Dr. Fort)
2. LED wall charger new and tested
3. LED Bulb module ( sent by Dr. Fort) inspected  only working fine at the moment service is recommended ( May require service soon)
4. LED Bulb black wire with clips and battery connector sent by Dr. Fort no service performed only inspected and it is in good working condition

 

 

Limited Warranty details:

One year from the day of the service purchased

 What is covered:

Battery module repairs and circuit components are covered from any manufacturing defect.

 What is not covered:

 LED Bulb not sold or serviced or repaired

LED Bulb wire not sold , serviced or repaired

LED Bulb wire connectors , not sold , serviced or repaired.

Battery module Rechargable internal two batteries (ONLY) are not covered as all batteries lose their intensity with a continuous and Daily  use and Daily recharging and over time tends to loses power gradually.

And need to be replaced depending on the frequency of usage.

Recommended Replacemnt every 6 months.

 

Although in case of a catastrophic failure within a short period of time a day a week to a month time or during shipping is covered 100% and shall be replaced at no cost.

 

General repairs and warranty terms and condition:

 

Standard warranty is One year for parts and labor from date of return shipping. ( Excluding rechargeable internal batteries which are under warranty for 6 months)

 

 

Excluding any accidental damage from hard drop, liquid damage or any physical damage.

 

(For example one of the older battery has a broken internal connector as well. It usually happens if the batteries are left for charging under the desk and and the night cleaning crew moves around the wires or someone unplugs or a wrong charger belonging to a different device is used accidentally  that can cause a physical damage or even burn the internal circuitry.

It is highly advised to use a completely isolated area for this highly sophisticated surgical LED loupe lights system.

And only one person should be responsible to plug and unplug for re-charging carefully every time. As the recharging connectors are very small and narrow diameter. And if pushed too hard can break.)

 

Additiotionsl warranty can be purchased for two additional years for $199.

Which covers  for total  three years. And anything goes wrong just send it back we will either fix it at no cost and replace the rechargeable battery at no cost as well for max 5 times / 3 years.

 

The above warranty is only for each battery module that is repaired / rebuild and tested  by HigTech labs LLC.

 

The above warranty doesn’t not cover any LED bulbs, LED wires, LED wire connector. As we didn’t sell, nor did we do any repairs on it. LED light is fine at the moment  (with an issue that requires service soon) and the LED light connector is fine as well. It does need Maintainence and repairs once in a while. But currently it is fully functional and working optimally.

Future recommendations:

Upon careful microscopic exam and inspection

 

LED bulb module has been found with moisture trapped behind the crystal which can be clearly seen in the photos that rarely but usually happens due to a prolonged use for  months or years in a cooler air conditioned indoor low temperature environment.

 

LED bulb can be serviced  now for an additional $195 does require dismantling cleaning , rebuilding , re-assembly require couple of hours of work and 8 hours of re testing  and will delay the shipment by two days.

 

Battery module is recommended to be sent for periodically every 6 months for-free diagnostics and for optimal functionality testing.

 

Two loaner lights to be returned or to be paid by a separated invoice upon receiving this serviced LED Daylite system.
