This listing is for a service to replace the rechargeable battery or batteries inside your faulty unit. So you will need to ship you battery pack to us. We will disassemble it and install brand new battery or batteries into your unit. Test it overnight for few charging and discharging cycles to be sure it functions well when you receive it back.

 

The batteries we use are high quality batteries with longer life per charge. We do have the most Latest lithium ion polymer batteries. We can also upgrade your batteries to higher amps and watts / hours if you need longer working hours.

We can customize your battery module according to your dental practice needs as well. Ask us how.

 

We provide free over the phone consult for how to choose the best dental loupe light system for your particular practice .

A brand new dental loupe light systems with warranties starting from 1 to 10 years.

If your unit has any other issues besides batteries, that would be a repair and not covered in this service listed here.

Repairs for these models are usually  $300, unless needed a complete new rebuild by replacing the main circuit board and that includes a new battery. These battery packs are known to fail, make sure you choose a professional to service your unit. Many others will only be able to replace the battery, but cannot do repair. We have you 100% covered, no matter what.

Do not buy used battery packs from online marketplace, they will fail soon. Rebuilding your battery pack will give your unit the same or more life than when you purchased new.

After the completion of your repair, we will test it for couple of days in our lab for few cycles and then ship it back to you for free.

Repair Lead times:

A normal repair can be completed within 1-2 days as we have most parts in stock. Unless your battery module is completely dead and need additional parts that we may not have in stock.

Your battery module is designed to survive 10-15 years with the normal routine maintanence and service every year, especially rechargeable battery Replacemnt 

Please do not discard any old working or dead battery module, they are rebuildable and repairable.

 
Warranty Information
Our repairs are guaranteed for 1 Year beginning on the day we ship your unit back to you.

We will gladly accept all warranty claims. You will need to pay for shipping to us, and the return shipping will be at our expense. There will be no other charges at all.

All customer units are logged in our system with photos their model and serial number from the side of the housing. If these numbers do not match upon return, we cannot honor your warranty.

All of the internals of your unit will also be documented and marked prior to shipping back to you. If these markings are missing because of boards being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty.

Please do not open up or attempt to repair your unit.

Please don’t let anyone else try to open and try to Repair or try to use a non original wall charger in case your Unit malfunction for any reason. Give us a quick call 7 days a week. We can also help you diagnose quickly over the phone even before  you send us the unit for service or Repir. Sometime it could be a simple over the phone solution.

If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again or have it returned at your expense. All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation.

This auction is NOT for purchasing a unit out right, it is to replace your dead internal rechargeable battery that need periodic Replacemnt as they have a life cycle and can only charge for certain no of times during the use of this LED light system

How to care for your professional dental loupe light system after service

 

1. Never leave your battery for charging over night on the floor under your office desk. As the cleaning crew in the night comes in to clean or Vaccume floors and sometime will yank carelessly your wall charger or battery module causing the damage

Or may accidentally plug into a wrong wall charger and next morning you find your battery completely dead which was working fine the day before.

2. Alway try to plug into it own original wall

charger which was designed for your LED light system

yourself and remove it yourself daily.

3. Most office staff and front desk personnel are not

aware that different wall charger has different voltage ,

amperage and polarity for different small Dental office

electronic equipment.

And an accidental switching of the wall charger

immediately kills your expensive battery module .

These module are extremely durable and will last you a

life time yet very sophisticated and full of microscopic

extremely sensitive Compnents very sensitive to

wrong voltage spikes.

 

A normally used module will

slowly start loosing it working hours when the battery

life is exhausted or nearing its end. That is the time to

send It in for a battery  Replacemnt service or repairs if

needed . Don’t wait till it is dead, or don’t try any

other wall charger under the assumption that wall

charger is gone bad

It is best to send in all three items for compete free testing and inspection. If you are not using your LED light and the wall charger with your 2nd back up battery module.

Please inspect for any exposed or cracked wires of your LED light or wall charger.

 if you do see it then it should be sent for repairs. ( additional cost and estimate will be provide for repairs or replacement ) most of the time it can be replaced sometime if crakes from many areas then will need Replacemnt .

If you need a loaner LED light system for the days you are missing yours we can send you one overnight you just pay two way shipping.

There is no additional charge for that but you must send it back when we send yours back after battery replacement , repairs or rebuild.
