The size between two pivots needed is 9.14mm

need   dial / crown

cut the movement ring

add band take photo

For size 12 conversion

cut ring to size

- movement need to be worked on with the right stem

- Need a dial size??? or custom pain something 

- make a copper / clam or muscle shell dial / stainless steel

- Need a laser engraver 

- test movement

- test retainer ring screws

- make paper dial to see
