The batteries we use in our assembly are of higher quality than the OEM.

 Do not buy used battery packs, they will fail soon. Rebuilding your battery pack will give your unit the same or more life than new and our warranty is the same exact length as a brand new one from the manufacturer. 

 

Our Process

1.) Purchase our listing

2.) We will then send a message via eBay messenger with all of our contact information and shipping instructions 

3.) Ship your unit to us at your earliest convenience (Buyer pays for shipping to us and we cover shipping on the way back)

4.) We will receive the unit and replace the internal batteries

5.) Once finished, we will ship your unit back to you (At our cost)

Repair Lead Times 

A normal battery service can be completed in 1-3 business days. Lead time begins on the first full day we have your unit.

Any contact requiring a phone call and/or more in depth conversation should be done after the purchase of the service. This is because Ebay will not allow us to give any contact info until a purchase has been made.
 
If you purchase our services, talk to us about your issue and change your mind, we would gladly refund you the entire purchase.
 

Warranty Information

Our services are warrantied for 6 Months.
 
All units are fully covered under our warranty for any defect in our process or premature failure of any kind. However, we do not cover external power surges or abuse of any kind. You will need to pay for shipping to us, and the return shipping will be at our expense. There will be no other charges at all. 
 
All customer units are logged in our system with their model and serial number. If these numbers do not match upon return, we cannot honor your warranty. 
 
All of the internals of your unit will also be documented and marked prior to shipping back to you. If these markings are missing because of boards being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty.
 
Please do not open up or attempt to repair your unit, this will void the warranty.
If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again or have it returned at your expense. All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation. 

Please always ship with priority tracking only to avoid loss of your equipment during shipping.
Any accidental or incidental loss of your shipped  equipment without any Tacking no during shipping from to HTL. You will have to claim with your shipping company.
HTL will not be able to track any shipment without Tracking no.

1. Return & Refund Process

 

HighTech Labs is committed to providing exceptional service and transparency in all return and refund matters.

If you wish to cancel a repair or request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Cancellation Request

Contact us through eBay or by email to request a cancellation of the repair and a full refund.

2. Refund Issuance

Once your request is received and confirmed, your full refund will be processed promptly.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a prepaid UPS shipping label for the return.

Insurance coverage is optional but strongly recommended, especially for items valued at $595–$700 (including replacement cost, taxes, and shipping).

Only the shipper (customer) can file claims with UPS for loss or damage, as HighTech Labs cannot do so on your behalf.

 

 

2. Disclaimer & Customer Acknowledgment

 

By proceeding with a return, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. HighTech Labs is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping.

2. Any damage that occurs during return transit will not be covered by HighTech Labs.

3. Units containing high-capacity lithium batteries will be shipped with the battery disconnected to prevent short-circuiting or fire hazards.

4. No repairs or modifications have been performed on the returned item unless otherwise stated.

5. HighTech Labs does not provide a warranty for un-repaired or returned units.

6. No diagnostic or inspection fees will be charged if the repair is cancelled prior to service — this is provided as a courtesy.

 

 

3. Technical Safety Notice

 

Unrepaired units are shipped with the internal battery disconnected to ensure safe transit.

Please do not attempt to insert or reconnect any LED light pins or other connectors into damaged ports, as doing so may cause further internal damage.

 

 

4. Additional Options

 

Customers who decide not to proceed with repairs may qualify for:

Up to $100 credit toward a refurbished or replacement unit, or

A discount on a brand-new model purchased directly from HighTech Labs.

 

 

5. Policy Overview

 

This policy applies to all returns, cancellations, and refund requests processed through HighTech Labs, whether through eBay, direct purchase, or authorized partners.
